About

I came to product design from film and television: producing documentary and reality series for national TV, running live broadcasts, and operating cameras. Productions run on fixed dates with many people depending on each other, and every scene has to earn its place in the sequence. Both habits came with me.

Since 2014 I have worked in product. For ten years at Internet Global Services I designed B2B content management systems and a multi-brand component ecosystem used across international markets. Since 2024 I have led product design at LCKY Group, formerly Glitnor Sweden.

    • Oversee product design for five global brands, holding a high bar for visual quality and usability across platforms.
    • Manage the design team directly: hiring, professional development and modern design standards.
    • Use behavioural data and user insight to drive iterative product improvements and new features.
    • Translate high-level business goals into intuitive, user-centred product experiences.

  • 2014 – 2024

    Internet Global Services AB

    Product Designer

    • Designed B2B products end to end, centred on sophisticated content management systems.
    • Ran design for a multi-brand ecosystem: adaptable UI components that carried different visual identities on one shared core.
    • Worked with cross-functional teams to localise products for markets around the world.

    • Kristallen award for Best Documentary.
    • Led creative development of documentary and reality programming for national television, including the long-running Modellpojkar/Modellflickor.
    • Produced commercial work for clients such as Beckers.

    • Led technical production of live-streamed municipal assemblies and public events for local TV and web TV, with remote camera systems and live mixing.

What I’m accountable for

Lead roles get described as “strategy and craft”. In practice it comes down to four things I answer for every week.

The team
I manage the product designers directly: hiring, professional development and the standards our work is reviewed against.
Five brands, one bar
I oversee product design for five global brands. Each keeps its own identity; usability and visual quality do not vary between them.
Decisions backed by evidence
Behavioural data and user insight decide what we iterate on. Looker, GA4, Sentry, Maze and Frosmo experiments sit inside the process, not after launch.
Business goals into product
I translate high-level goals into concrete product changes, and bring product managers and engineers in early enough to change the plan.
